WATCH OUT! Get ready…here it comes…look out…DUCK!!!!

The Rotary Club of Haney and the Rotary Club of Meadow Ridge are proud to present the tenth ANNUAL ROTARY DUCK RACE  – a lottery to support youth and senior groups in Pitt Meadows and Maple Ridge.
Buy your duck for only $10 each and watch it float to victory.

On Sunday, August 9, 2020 a maximum of 9,900 feisty rubber ducks will be launched into the Alouette River at Maple Ridge Park to vie for the finish line.  In addition to other amazing prizes, the Grand prize will be $15,000 CASH!

Duck “adoption” (selling of tickets for $10 per duck) will commence March 9 and all proceeds from the event will be used to provide financial support to organizations and projects in Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows.  Any local organizations will be considered to take part in the adoption (sales) process and will be eligible for funding grants for their organization. All groups must provide a letter requesting that they be considered for eligibility and must qualify under the Gaming and Licensing Branch rules (click here to go to the rules).  Participating groups must agree to use the proceeds in accordance with BC Lottery Regulations.

GOAL: Raise $99,000 For Local Youth and Senior Groups in Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows

DUCK DETAILS: 9,900 ducks ready to race. Duck “adoptions” $10 per duck.

SALES: Tickets for adoptions will be available March 9. Gaming license specifies all ticket sellers must be 19 years or older. Ticket sellers will be required to purchase blocks of 10 tickets from race organizers.
